Mini universal lines up to 2400 pcs/hour Pietroberto are designed for the production of buns, hot dogs, hamburgers, bagels and stamped Kaiser/turtle/Rosetta bread from 30 to 160 g. The lines consist of a two-row divider-rounder, which alternately transfers the dough blanks to the proofing cabinet.
Automatic lines for the production of buns up to 7,200 pieces/hour Pietroberto are designed for the production of small buns with a raw weight from 35 to 200 g and a capacity of up to 7,200 pieces per hour.
