Volumetric type dough dividers with a single VD Pietroberto tape are designed to separate dough with a water content from 50 to 65% (with a rounding device - optional) and more than 65% water (without a rounding device). Precise division thanks to a special weighing system and a mechanical weight adjustment device.

Volumetric type automatic OMEGA Pietroberto dough dividers work by means of a hydraulic circuit. The movement of the dividers is carried out using two hydraulic cylinders controlled by electromagnetic valves.
